Documents in need of attestation from the Kuwait embassy must first be stamped by a solicitor and the British Foreign Office (FCO). Only then can they be sent on to the embassy for final attestation. That said, some documentation doesn’t need attestation from a solicitor. and only requires verification from the Kuwait embassy and the FCO.
