- A passport with at least one blank page and a minimum of three months validity after your entry date to Uzbekistan.
- Two recent passport-sized photos taken against a white background. These must be glued to each of your application forms.

This document must be authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan and then transmitted to and confirmed by the Uzbekistan embassy. The processing time of your application depends on the embassy receiving this approval.

As you are visiting Uzbekistan for more than three days, you must register your arrival with the Local Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 72 hours.
