Thailand Business Visa

UK citizens who wish to travel to Thailand for business reasons must obtain a business visa. This is compulsory for those seeking to engage in activities which are not considered gainful employment, such as conducting pre-sale negotiations or giving seminars and training. Without a business visa, you will be denied entry into Thailand.

GulfVisa’s Thailand visa service removes the pressure of applying for a Thailand business visa, as we take care of every element of the process on your behalf. Our team has significant experience securing visas for our clients, so you can rest assured that we will get everything sorted for you.

Those who enter Thailand under the ‘Tourist Visa Exemption’ category can only do so for 30 days at a time. They can do this a maximum of three times in a six month period by flight, or two times a year by overland crossing. However, if you are entering the country for business purposes, you must obtain a Thailand business visa, which allows for stays not exceeding 90 days.

Yellow Fever Infected Areas

Applicants who have travelled through one of Thailand’s designated Yellow Fever Infected Areas will need an International Certificate of Vaccination. Nationals of any of these countries will also either need to provide a certificate or concrete proof that they are not living in their home country or have not recently visited it.
