Those who wish to visit close family in Saudi Arabia can apply for a 'Family Visit Visa'. In order to obtain this visa, your close family relative working in Saudi must obtain for you an approved family visit visa authorisation letter from the Saudi Arabia Foreign Ministry.

There is now a new two-step process to obtaining a Saudi Business Visa.
1) Send us the following documents for us to check.
- Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months + at least two blank pages facing each other).
- Two passport sized photos (must be recently taken + white background).
- Complete the Saudi Family Visit Visa application form (available in page 1 of our Pack).
- Visa invitation letter from your relative in Saudi Arabia.
- Fill the Saudi Medical Insurance Form. Note: put your UK address. (page 2 of our Pack).
- Read and sign the Declaration Form (page 3 & 4 of our Pack).
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (for spouse) and full copy Birth Certificate (for children) that shows the mother and father’s names. if it is UK certificate, we need to stamp them from UK FCO (see page 5 for a helpful guide).
- For children below 18 years of age, if they are traveling with only one parent, the other parent must provide a consent letter giving permission for their child to travel.
2) Then we will fill out the online visa form on your behalf and book for you the biometric appointment in London.
- We will email you for your availability so we book a time suitable for you.
- Please note: you are required to pay the visa cost (+ mandatory insurance fee) at the Saudi Visa Centre and you make the arrangement with the visa centre how they send back your passprot to you . Our fee and what is included is explained below.

Who is a Saudi Arabia Family Visit Visa for?
This 'Family Visit Visa' is for people who have a close relative working in Saudi Arabia. You relative in Saudi can apply to Saudi Foreign Ministry to get you a Family Visit Authorisation Letter (requirement 4).
Important Notices
- You must put your previous nationality when you fill the Saudi visa application form. If you have no previous nationality put NA. Putting a previous nationality will not affect your application but not putting previous nationality might delay your application.
- Without proof of relation it is difficult to get a family visit visa.
- Parents can sign on behalf their children on all forms.
- Please write the names behind the photos when you send us more than one application.
How long is my visa valid for?
For single visas, you must travel to Saudi Arabia witihin 89 days from the date of visa issue on your passport.
For multiple visas, you must travel to Saudi Arabia within 180 or 365 or 730 days (depending on the visa invitation/authorisation letter you have received from your relative - requirement 4). You must choose the corresponding service to what is written in this visa invitation/authorisation letter.
