Gulfvisa needs the following from you to make the appointment at visa centre in London.
- A copy of passport
- A copy of visa invitation letter
- Filled Family visit visa form
- Give us two dates at least to book you for the biometric appointment and give enough time for booking
The appointment and requirement will send to you by email
ON the day of appointment
You go straight from your address to Saudi visa centre please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Please bring with you the following on the day of appointment to visa centre (Tasher)
- Your original passport + a copy of your passport
- Two photos
- Fill the family visit visa form.
- Proof of relationship
- Original and copy of your BRP if you are not British passport holder
- You will give fingerprint (biometric)
- You will pay for your visa + insurance fee inside Tasheer Visa Centre .
- You must make arrangements directly with Tasheer Visa Centre regarding sending your passports back directly to you. Gulfvisa cannot collect and send it back to you on your behalf.
- Passport will finish after 2-3 working days from day of appointment (check with visa centre when you give finger print )

Who is a Saudi Arabia Family Visit Visa for?
This 'Family Visit Visa' is for people who have a close relative working in Saudi Arabia. You relative in Saudi can apply to Saudi Foreign Ministry to get you a Family Visit Authorisation Letter (requirement 4).
Important Notices
- You must put your previous nationality when you fill the Saudi visa application form. If you have no previous nationality put NA. Putting a previous nationality will not affect your application but not putting previous nationality might delay your application.
- Without proof of relation it is difficult to get a family visit visa.
- Parents can sign on behalf their children on all forms.
- Please write the names behind the photos when you send us more than one application.
