1) Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months beyond date of entry + must have at least one blank visa page).
2) Two recent passport-sized coloured photos (must have a white background).
3) A fully completed and signed visa application form (available on pages 2&3 of our Pack - click download box on right) – this must be completed with black ink and BLOCK CAPITALS + if you make any mistake print another one.
4) A copy of your business introduction letter from your UK company (see page 4 of our Pack for a template).
5) A copy of the letter of invitation from your host company in Gabon (see page 5 of our Pack for a template).
6) If you are a UK business owner, you must provide a copy of your UK company registration certificate.
7) Your original most recent (non-online) current account bank statement showing enough funds for travel.
8) A copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and home address.
9) A copy of your flight booking confirmation showing return flights
10) A copy of your hotel booking confirmation/reservation.
11) A colour copy of your Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate. You will also be required to present your original certificate upon entry to Gabon.
